What to Expect From A Session

Working with me is a personalised journey that is intuitively guided just for you, meeting you where you are at.

Distant Energy Healing Sessions

Distant healing is performed remotely, without direct physical communication during the session. This process focuses solely on sending healing energy, with brief feedback provided via email or WhatsApp after the session.

Before The Session

For Me:

For all healing sessions, I prepare the day before to create a sacred space that invites healing energy in advance of our scheduled time. Many clients share that they can feel the effects even before our session begins.

For You:

After scheduling your healing session, take a moment the night before to gently set your intention. This practice helps open your channels to receive the healing energies more fully.

Here’s how to do it—it’s simple:

  1. Breathe Deeply: Take a few moments to breathe deeply, centering yourself and finding your calm. This only needs to be for a few minutes; it doesn’t have to be long.

  2. Set Your Intention: You can say quietly to yourself or aloud, “I set the intention to allow myself to fully receive the healing I need to achieve my goal of….” This is the intention we discussed before when I sent your booking link.

  3. Be Mindful: Continue with your day. You can gently release the healing from your mind, and focus on your day, but I encourage you to stay aware of what’s happening in your body and around you.

During The Session

This approach applies to single distant energy healing as well as distant packages.

During your distant healing session, I disconnect from technology to minimize exposure to electromagnetic fields, creating a more focused healing environment.

While I’m disconnected, my email and WhatsApp remain open for all communication. I genuinely love hearing how you experience the healing process and how it’s unfolding for you.

I work in a sacred space dedicated to client healing sessions. This allows me to fully focus on you and your healing. I’ll check in energetically to assess your current state, identify what’s out of balance, and determine where energetic work is needed. Many clients notice the impact of this work as it happens.

What Clients Experience During Energy Healing

The impact of energy healing often manifests through sensations, emotions, or realizations during our sessions. You might feel tingling, warmth, or gentle waves of energy flowing through you. Emotions may surface, presenting opportunities for release and healing, while profound realizations can arise, offering clarity and insight into your journey. If this is done when sleeping, you may have a more relaxed sleep or even incredible dreams.  Each experience is unique and integral to the healing process, guiding you toward deeper understanding and transformation.

Some may not feel anything Or there may be different experiences with different sessions.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this.

After The Session

Once the healing is complete, I’ll reconnect with you as soon as I can to check in and touch base. This may be at the end of the day or early the next morning.

The Shifts

Afterward, you might experience what’s known as a healing crisis. While it can feel uncomfortable, it’s actually a positive sign that your body is purging old energy and toxins. Symptoms may include colds, headaches, or digestive changes like diarrhea. If these sensations become intense or overwhelming, please feel free to reach out and let me know. Your comfort and well-being are important to me.

On a more external level, you might notice subtle shifts, like feeling more aligned with your true self or experiencing unexpected positive changes in your life—perhaps new opportunities arise or relationships begin to evolve.  Or maybe things start changing in ways you never expected in order to welcome you to a more aligned life. You may find a difference in you, for example, that setting boundaries comes more naturally now, even if it was a struggle just a day before. The more we work together, the more attuned you’ll become to these changes, embracing your growth and transformation.

Distant Packages

This is more so the deeper you go. In our Distant Healing Package Sessions, you will participate in a series of healing sessions tailored to create a deeper and more supportive experience. Each session builds on the last, allowing for gradual integration of healing energies and insights.

This structured approach facilitates quicker shifts and deeper transformations compared to standalone distant sessions. As we move forward, you may notice shifts and growth in various areas of your life

My Feedback

Energy Healing goes deep to the core, bypassing the mind, emotions, and physical body where the root causes often reside. Because it transcends these layers, you may experience minimal feedback from me after the session; this is intentional, as it allows the healing to occur on an energetic level without drawing attention back into the physical. It needs to stay there.
 
But be assured, many deep transformations do happen.
 

Online Healing Sessions

Online sessions are real-time interactions via video that deepen your healing experience, providing personalized support as you navigate your unique journey and allowing for greater integration and transformation.

One-on-one sessions are for those who are looking to work with me long-term. The minimum commitment for this is a month.

In this part, you may feel a sense of relief, as you are able to release what’s been weighing on you and open up to healing. It’s normal to feel a wave of calm wash over you as the energy begins to shift.

During this part, I may share intuitive insights or even pull a card to guide you on your path. You might experience a sense of clarity or understanding about an aspect of your life that had previously felt unclear or overwhelming. Some clients have mentioned feeling a lightness or a sudden surge of hope as they receive these insights, often accompanied by physical sensations such as a gentle warmth or tingling. Your energy is already starting to align with your intentions.

2. Energy Healing and Integration
Next, we move into the healing portion of the session. This is where the real magic happens. As we begin the energy healing, you may experience various physical and emotional sensations. Some clients feel a gentle warmth, a cooling sensation, or even a sense of movement within their bodies, as if energy is being released or realigned. You might notice a deep sense of relaxation, as if your body is letting go of tension or blocks. Some experience visuals, such as colors, shapes, or images, which are messages from your guides or your subconscious offering insights and healing.

Throughout the healing process, you are held in a deeply nurturing, sacred space. You may feel an overwhelming sense of love and compassion surrounding you—this is the unconditional love from your guides and the healing energy enveloping you. It’s not uncommon to feel as though you are being cradled, supported, or gently guided, giving you the assurance that you are safe and protected during this experience.

As we work together to integrate these shifts, you might find yourself experiencing a sense of grounding or release. Some clients describe this part of the session as feeling “lighter” or as if something heavy has been lifted from them. It’s also common to experience a deep sense of inner peace and connection to your true self. This integration phase helps the healing settle in, allowing your body and spirit to process and align with the changes made during the session.

By the end of the session, you will feel deeply nurtured and supported. Many clients report feeling more centered, with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose. After The Session

The journey doesn’t end when our online session concludes. You’ll receive a series of online sessions, each designed to build upon the last and create deeper, more lasting transformations. Between these sessions, I’ll be available for WhatsApp coaching to provide ongoing support. This ensures you’re continually grounded, able to integrate, and embody the shifts that arise.

As you move through this process, you may experience subtle but powerful changes in different areas of your life. You might notice emotional shifts, like a sense of greater clarity, peace, or emotional resilience.
